Auditions - Teachers

Welcome to the Cal-Western Regional NATS 2025-26 Student Auditions!  You, as the teacher, are the primary point of contact for your students for the auditions process. Any of your students, regardless of participation or placement in the chapter auditions, may enter the regional auditions.  The audition cycle officially starts on September 1, 2025. A student’s age on this date determines their category, and all videos must be recorded on or after this date. 

Teachers are responsible for registering their students on Auditionware.  Registration fees this year are $60 for teachers and $50 for the student’s first category. Additional categories are $30 each. These fees include all rounds of the auditions, as well as conference registration. Registration closes November 6. All teachers must judge in any round of the auditions in which their students participate.  If you do not judge or pay the replacement fee, your students cannot participate. 

Students sing the same repertoire at every level of the auditions, including the national auditions. Please make sure to review the repertoire and accompaniment requirements while selecting repertoire, especially for Commercial Music.
